Job summary

This role focuses on leveraging data to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive growth within the organization. The Lead Data Analyst will work closely with the Go-To-Market Analytics team to provide insights that guide strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and R or Python.
  • Strong understanding of regression models, clustering, and statistical significance.
  • Experience with Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and incrementality testing.
  • Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Commitment to data quality and experience with modern data stacks (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Airflow).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own methodologies for measuring marketing effectiveness through MMM, MTA, and lift studies.
  • Conduct advanced analyses, including cohort analysis and predictive modeling, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Leads to design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Create intuitive dashboards in Looker that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Analyze the sales funnel to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust marketing data pipelines.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Experience with BI tools, particularly Looker (LookML).

Education

  • Relevant degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
