Job summary

This role involves leading Compensation and Variable Pay implementation projects for international clients in a fully remote setting. The consultant will manage project delivery, engage with stakeholders, and mentor team members while acting as a trusted advisor on compensation and incentive programs.

Qualifications

  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
  • Practical experience with SuccessFactors Variable Pay
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation as Lead Consultant
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay as Lead Consultant
  • Strong communication skills with fluent English proficiency
  • Ability to identify requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
  • Participate in presales activities, including demos and workshops
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery as the lead consultant
  • Provide ad-hoc technical support to clients
  • Mentor consultants in the Compensation and Variable Pay area
  • Contribute to public knowledge sharing within the Total Rewards community

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
  • Drive to identify follow-on engagement opportunities
  • Previous team management experience is advantageous

Education

  • Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors
