Lead Account Manager (Water Services, Nordics)

Job summary

This role focuses on driving sales growth for Mobile Water Services across the Nordic region, targeting both industrial and municipal sectors. The position requires a proactive sales approach to build a strong pipeline and close significant deals while collaborating with diverse teams internationally.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in solutions-based sales, particularly for municipal or industrial water clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant business field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in complex technical sales and contract negotiations.
• Strong networking, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Nordic languages.
• Proficient in Salesforce and bid preparation.
• Solid understanding of water treatment technologies and engineering principles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Nordic region; must possess a full driving license.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to navigate complex customer organizations.

• Establish yourself as the expert in mobile water solutions and build strong relationships with clients.
• Analyze customer needs and deliver sustainable solutions for water treatment challenges.
• Promote innovative digital monitoring and Veolia technologies while keeping abreast of market trends.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Position is ideally based in Søborg (Copenhagen) or other Danish locations, with a preference for on-site work to enhance collaboration.
