Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product launches, portfolio management, or cross-functional project management in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong understanding of regulatory, quality, supply chain, and commercial dependencies affecting timelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, market entries, and portfolio changes.
• Maintain clear timelines, milestones, and readiness status across products.
• Ensure smooth transitions into routine operations while optimizing timelines for efficiency.
• Act as a project lead across various departments including Regulatory Affairs, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Identify and escalate risks and blockers early in the process.
• Establish governance structures for launches and portfolio changes, including decision points and handover criteria.
