Job summary

This role involves supporting the setup of a system for large-scale data handling and processing in a laboratory environment, specifically for a single photon detection system.

Qualifications

• Experience with data handling in a laboratory setting.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize a system for managing large data volumes from the single photon detection system.
• Set up the hardware server platform and test high-bandwidth connectivity to the detection system.
• Execute relevant processing tasks to minimize unnecessary data accumulation, such as coincidence measurements across multiple detector channels.
• Collaborate with lab users to adapt solutions to meet researchers' needs.
