Labeling Implementation Specialist

Job summary

The Labeling Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of labeling for both existing products and new product introductions. This position collaborates closely with Labeling Project Managers and various stakeholders to ensure adherence to labeling standards and effective documentation flow related to new artwork in production.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, particularly in labeling or packaging processes.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional and multi-site team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labeling implementation for projects involving artwork changes or new artwork.
• Review labeling materials for accuracy and compliance with approved artwork.
• Update packaging specifications and manuals, and coordinate training in production.
• Create and test labels for production, ensuring all changes are documented in systems.
• Collaborate with the Labeling Project Manager to support documentation and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and EHS legislative requirements.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
