Labeling Implementation Specialist (Medical Devices, Remote)

Job summary

The Labeling Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of labeling for both existing products and new product introductions. This position collaborates closely with Labeling Project Managers and various stakeholders to ensure high-quality labeling standards are met throughout the documentation and production processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in labeling implementation or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams across different locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labeling implementation for projects involving artwork changes.
• Review labeling materials for accuracy against approved artwork.
• Update packaging specifications and manuals, and coordinate training in production.
• Create and test labels for production, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including quality, production, and regulatory affairs.
• Manage project timelines and ensure compliance with legislative and internal EHS requirements.

Education
