Job summary

This role involves managing a portfolio of mid-market customers in the Nordic region, focusing on driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or account management within the SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of account growth and increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Experience in mid-market or complex customer settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to account management.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders within customer organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of Nordic mid-market accounts.
  • Drive new revenue opportunities within existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to lead the full commercial cycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders in customer organizations.
  • Develop clear commercial solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct structured account planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance software adoption and utilization.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create clarity and drive execution in account management.
  • Understanding of hardware and software value propositions is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is beneficial.
