Job summary

We are seeking a strategic Key Account Manager to oversee a significant partner account in the Nordic region. This role involves managing the complete relationship with the partner, focusing on commercial, operational, and strategic aspects to foster growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in key account management, business development, or partner management.
  • Familiarity with system integrators, contractors, or the buildings ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of BMS, Digital Power, or Fire solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong strategic mindset and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and establish trust with customers and internal teams.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative approach.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Nordic account strategy and growth plan.
  • Serve as the main coordination point between the company and the partner.
  • Drive the creation of sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives for partner development and enablement.
  • Promote the adoption of the company's offerings and solutions.
  • Organize training sessions and joint marketing activities with internal teams and the partner.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and value-based selling.
  • Establish and manage operational processes, including follow-ups and quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure accurate account data, reporting, and execution.
  • Provide leadership to a virtual Nordic account team, aligning performance and execution without formal authority.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in business or related fields is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools is beneficial.
