Key Account Manager (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves leading the development and execution of commercial strategies for key retail and e-retail partners in the Nordic region. The Key Account Manager will work collaboratively with various teams to maximize sales and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, marketing, or sales (or similar)
• Significant experience as a Key Account Manager or Buyer in a large retail or FMCG organization; experience in beauty or premium brands is advantageous
• Proven success in delivering sales growth and fostering strong client relationships
• Familiarity with the Finnish market or experience with Finnish retail partners is a plus
• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; experience with SAP is beneficial
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans for retail partners, identifying growth opportunities
• Manage Gross2Net targets for retail partners
• Lead commercial negotiations and present trade plans confidently
• Achieve Retail Sales Targets through effective trade planning
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective execution
• Analyze performance data and implement commercial actions based on insights
• Ensure high standards of execution for partner experiences
