Job summary

A motivated Junior LCS Sales Manager is sought to support the sales of service contracts, spare parts, retrofits, and modernization solutions for existing customers in the Nordic and Baltic markets. This role involves collaboration with experienced sales managers and technical specialists, with a focus on developing customer relationships and sales skills through a structured onboarding program.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in business, engineering, technical sales, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in sales support, customer service, or a technical/commercial environment.
  • Genuine interest in technical capital goods, machinery, or industrial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Structured and organized working style with attention to documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish, German, Swedish, Norwegian, or Baltic languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordic and Baltic region.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales managers in preparing offers, calculations, and customer presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, customer correspondence, and sales documentation.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify upsell or upgrade opportunities.
  • Participate in customer visits and technical discussions under guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare complete LCS solutions.
  • Follow up on open quotations and support contract renewals.
  • Learn about the Krones LCS portfolio and gradually take on a defined account portfolio.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, generate leads, and engage customers in discussions to drive sales.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP or CRM tools is beneficial.

  • Relevant educational background in business, engineering, or technical sales.
