Junior Project Manager (Renewable Energy, Hamburg/Esbjerg)

Job summary

The role involves supporting offshore wind farms in the German region, focusing on project management activities to ensure efficient operations and maintenance. The position is based in Hamburg, Germany, or Esbjerg, Denmark, and requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree (e.g., marine engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or training as a wind turbine technician.
• Strong motivation and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Basic project management skills and initial relevant work experience.
• Advantageous experience in the wind energy sector or power generation.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of operation and maintenance in a related field.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Very good English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regional project activities, including maintenance and corrective actions on wind turbines.
• Coordinate documentation, tools, and spare parts for annual services.
• Review project readiness and liaise with central support functions.
• Identify synergies within the project portfolio.
• Support project execution and collaborate with external partners in offshore operations.
• Manage on-site projects to integrate centrally managed initiatives.
• Provide service packages, including planning and documentation.
• Maintain site-specific documentation related to projects.
• Compile service reports from external providers and ensure qualifications for onsite work are communicated.
