Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with corporate clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret client needs and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong skills in Excel and MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main operational contact for clients, addressing operational concerns such as requirement gathering and quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate meetings with internal teams.
  • Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable internal work orders.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to resolve client inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing client data and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate quality checks and participate in operational meetings.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Education

  • Relevant experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
