Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational contact for clients, addressing operational concerns such as requirement gathering and quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate meetings in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales Teams.
  • Gather client requirements, translate them into internal work orders, and monitor project timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered to clients on time.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing client data and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with BAU teams for post-production quality checks.
  • Participate in operational and escalation meetings to address client concerns.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
