IT Vendor and Contract Specialist (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on managing vendor and contract operations for IT services and software subscriptions, ensuring compliance and effective coordination throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, law, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Several years of experience in vendor/contract management, procurement support, or IT commercial operations in an international setting.
• Practical experience with contract lifecycle management processes and tools.
• Understanding of software licensing and subscription models, including enterprise licensing and SaaS.
• Experience with KPI/SLA reporting and data management tools like Excel or Power BI.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to drive initiatives without formal authority.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, and terminations, ensuring contract repositories are current.
• Maintain accurate records of software licenses and cloud subscriptions, tracking key terms and renewal dates.
• Generate periodic reports on contract status and vendor performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and compliance checks by organizing contract and supplier documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on contract and license data quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements in contract and license operations.
