The role focuses on managing vendor and contract operations for IT services and software subscriptions, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, law, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Several years of experience in vendor/contract management, procurement support, or IT commercial operations in an international context.
• Practical knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and tools, including managing documentation end-to-end.
• Familiarity with software licensing and subscription models, emphasizing the importance of compliant record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract lifecycle management for IT vendors, including renewals, amendments, and signature workflows, while maintaining updated contract repositories.
• Keep accurate records of software licenses and cloud subscriptions, tracking entitlements, renewal dates, and key terms.
• Generate periodic reports on contract status and vendor performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and compliance checks by organizing contract and supplier documentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on contract and license data quality, ensuring consistency and completeness in records.
• Identify and recommend process improvements in contract and license operations.
