Job summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support across the organization, ensuring that tools, hardware, and systems function effectively while assisting colleagues with their technology needs. The position is adaptable, accommodating various work arrangements including part-time or full-time options.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with common IT systems and tools such as Google Workspace and ticketing systems; experience with JumpCloud or similar MDM is advantageous.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • For those interested in development, some programming experience or coursework in any language is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English; Danish is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Availability for on-site work in Copenhagen 2–3+ days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal IT inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues through various channels.
  • Provide on-site support for employees in Copenhagen and remote assistance for colleagues in other locations.
  • Ensure effective IT operations during company events.
  • Maintain and enhance IT documentation, including guides and internal processes.
  • Administer core IT systems, manage user accounts, and ensure device security and updates.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Oversee IT subscriptions, licenses, and vendor relationships, and assist in hardware and software procurement.
  • Identify opportunities for IT optimization and support infrastructure projects as needed.

Skills

Education

  • Relevant studies in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Tools

  • Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, ticketing systems, and device management tools.
