IT Student Assistant (Hellerup)

Job summary

This position is for a service-oriented Student Assistant to support the IT team in managing the company's digital infrastructure. The role involves hands-on experience in various IT tasks, including technical support, system management, and process automation, while working in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or in the first year of a master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and basic networking concepts.
• Understanding of IT security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure).
• Basic automation and scripting skills (PowerShell or Python).
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives.
• Create clear IT guides, wikis, and how-to documents.

Education
