IT Project Manager

Job summary

An experienced IT Project Manager is needed to lead a global ERP implementation and drive organizational transformation. This hands-on role involves operational execution and coordination of the ERP program in a global context.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of project management experience, particularly in large-scale IT or ERP programs, ideally with global roll-outs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in international and production-oriented settings.
• Proven ability to drive delivery with a hands-on approach.
• A degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies and change management practices.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the ERP program, ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective management of scope, budget, planning, risks, and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring engagement and adoption of the program.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and external partners across various time zones, with some travel required.
• Implement project management best practices (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) to ensure consistent execution across the project.

Education
