IT Project Manager (ERP Implementation, Remote)

Job summary

An experienced IT Project Manager is needed to lead a global ERP implementation and drive organizational transformation. This hands-on role involves operational execution and coordination of the ERP program in a global context, requiring strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of project management experience in large-scale IT or ERP programs, preferably with global roll-outs.
• Proven experience with ERP implementations is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within international, production-oriented organizations.
• A degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the ERP program, ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective management of scope, budget, planning, risks, and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders from executive leadership to operational teams to ensure engagement and adoption.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and external partners across various time zones, with some travel required.
• Utilize project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) to ensure consistent and efficient project execution.

Skills

• Strong hands-on mindset with a proven ability to drive delivery and achieve results.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and with distributed teams.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Education
