IT Project Manager (Architecture, Copenhagen)

Job summary

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a global perspective to lead and coordinate IT projects across multiple offices. This role involves hands-on delivery and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance IT infrastructure and systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in multi-site or global settings.
• Proven track record in delivering infrastructure and enterprise IT projects, including networking and collaboration platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in maintaining IT documentation and operational procedures.
• Familiarity with ITIL, PMP, or similar project/service management frameworks.
• Understanding of IT security principles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global IT projects, including infrastructure rollouts and system migrations.
• Manage the global IT project portfolio, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Oversee vendor and implementation partner relationships.
• Facilitate adoption and change management for new IT systems and tools.
• Conduct regular IT leadership meetings, providing status updates and planning.
• Maintain IT documentation, including disaster recovery plans and global infrastructure policies.
• Standardize project management practices and reporting across the IT team.

Education

• Relevant degree in IT, Project Management, or related field preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with project management tools and IT service management frameworks.
