IT Product Owner (Biopharmaceutical, Hellerup)

Job summary

This role involves leading the digital transformation of biometrics and clinical development functions within a global IT organization in the biopharmaceutical sector. The IT Product Owner will ensure that technology offerings meet the evolving needs of statistical programmers, biostatisticians, and clinical scientists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in a related role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical development and statistical analysis.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a technology product portfolio.
• Familiarity with product discovery and decision facilitation.
• Experience in delivering digital products and platforms in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a coherent technology offering across applications, tools, and data for users in clinical development and biometrics.
• Maintain close communication with users and clinical leadership to understand their priorities and translate them for the IT team.
• Manage the backlog for the Biometrics IT team and actively work to remove obstacles to technology delivery.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to manage dependencies and align on priorities.
