IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Job summary

The role involves managing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders and adherence to project methodologies. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires strong communication and planning skills to facilitate project execution.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar project management role
• General understanding of IT and Operations, including network, communication, security, and hardware
• Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Align project objectives, scope, and success criteria with stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor project team activities from initiation to completion
• Maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Report on project status and budget/costs
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with governance processes and reporting standards
• Provide regular updates to the Steering Committee and stakeholders
• Assist with Portfolio Management and roadmap building

Tools
