Job summary

The role involves designing IT solutions that enhance health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, focusing on proactive risk management and compliance. The IT HSE Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that digital solutions align with business needs and support operational safety.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT architecture or solution design
  • Familiarity with HSE digital platforms, such as Sphera, and enterprise platforms like SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365
  • Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain HSE target architecture across applications, data, and integrations
  • Design and govern HSE data models, data flows, and interfaces
  • Enable data-driven insights for incident trends and compliance monitoring
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and HSE leaders to translate strategy into digital capabilities
  • Guide the product team during implementation and validate solution designs

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills for both executive and technical audiences
  • Understanding of trade-offs, scalability, and maintainability

Education
