IT Delivery Lead (HCM Implementation)

Job summary

The role involves leading the delivery of a modern Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to support core HR processes across the organization. The IT Delivery Lead will ensure high-quality master data and seamless system integrations while managing a strategic implementation program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in classic IT project management.
• Strong domain experience with HR systems and processes, including employee master data and organizational structures.
• Experience in leading implementations of large HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks like Scrum and/or SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the new HCM solution from initiation to go-live.
• Facilitate structured project governance and decision-making processes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate integrations between the HCM system and other IT systems.
• Act as the main point of contact between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Oversee change management, user adoption, and knowledge transfer.

Education
