About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the implementation of a modern Human Capital Management (HCM) solution, ensuring effective integration with existing systems and alignment with business requirements. The position requires a blend of project management and agile methodologies to drive the project from initiation to go-live.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in traditional IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and processes, including employee master data and organizational structures.
  • Experience with large HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the new HCM solution.
  • Facilitate structured project governance and manage project scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate integrations between the HCM system and other IT systems.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective change management and user adoption across relevant parties.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex dependencies.
  • Resilience and decisiveness to address issues proactively.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and methodologies, such as Scrum and SAFe.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT or project management.

Tools

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools suitable for agile and waterfall methodologies.
