IT Delivery Lead

Job summary

The role involves driving successful delivery across iterations within an agile team focused on enhancing product quality processes. The IT Delivery Lead will ensure the team meets its Program Increment commitments by fostering agile methodologies and removing obstacles to progress.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in digital delivery, IT project management, Scrum Master roles, or software development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and engage the team.
• Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, adapting to changing priorities.
• Clear and confident communication with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in removing blockers.
• Experience in facilitating agile events and workshops.
• Familiarity with agile practices and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Drive planning and coordination for steady progress and delivery outcomes.
• Remove obstacles to enable team goal achievement.
