NPI Engineer

Job summary

We are expanding our New Product Introduction (NPI) team and seeking NPI Engineers to facilitate the transition from product development to volume production. This role involves close collaboration with various engineering disciplines to enhance product maturity and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Technical background in optics/photonics, electronics, or production engineering.
• Experience with complex technical systems, such as optical fibers or electronic test setups.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
• Strong process-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English; Danish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze manufacturing and test data to improve quality and productivity.
• Build and test advanced laser configurations for customer shipments.
• Standardize production processes and provide training to technicians.
• Support the transfer of products and processes to full-scale production.

Skills

Education

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

• Experience with optical and electronic testing equipment.
