Job summary

This role focuses on shaping inventory strategy for retail clusters within a global merchandising and supply chain team. The position involves owning inventory performance and driving data-led decisions to ensure optimal stock levels for growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Allocation, or related fields.
• Experience in retail products and commercial planning environments.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to present insights and engage with stakeholders confidently.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity and motivation for continuous improvement.
• Experience with SQL or data querying is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory performance and stock investment strategies for assigned clusters.
• Develop frameworks balancing customer demand and working capital efficiency.
• Monitor inventory risks and address stock issues proactively.
• Drive inventory rebalancing strategies to maximize stock utilization.
• Establish and track key inventory KPIs like stock health and forecast accuracy.
• Support allocation decisions for high-demand products.
• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory flows and increase agility.
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, leading discussions on inventory decisions.
• Support strategic projects impacting the inventory and supply chain ecosystem.
