Job summary

The role involves leading complex international hospitality projects, ensuring strategic oversight and hands-on management of significant projects. You will oversee a team of local Project Managers and be accountable for project delivery, including time, budget, and stakeholder governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong background in Contract Management, with knowledge of AB18.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen, with experience in the full change process.
• Proven ability to lead and develop experienced Project Managers.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Take overall leadership of the hospitality project portfolio across various markets.
• Ensure major projects are delivered with control, clarity, and commercial discipline.
• Manage stakeholder governance and lead local Project Managers.
• Maintain technical understanding to effectively challenge architects, engineers, and contractors.
