Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing internal and change communications within the organization, ensuring employees are well-informed about ongoing strategic initiatives. It is a part-time position covering maternity leave for 11 months, requiring 25 hours of work per week, starting August 1st, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the internal communications strategy, acting as the channel expert.
  • Communicate company-wide strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Organize and drive monthly Town Hall meetings for all employees.
  • Create change communication materials for high-profile projects, including organizational changes.
  • Produce internal narratives and visual assets to support significant change initiatives.
  • Provide advisory support to C-suite and senior leaders regarding change processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in change communication through various mediums such as presentations and videos.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with project management capabilities.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.

Education

  • A Master’s degree in communications, organizational psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Skills

  • Over 4 years of experience in internal communications or change management roles.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other creative software.
