Installation Supervisor (Renewable Energy, Remote/Denmark or Poland)

Job summary

This role involves managing the installation of advanced wind turbine projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient execution in a dynamic environment. The Installation Supervisor will lead on-site activities and collaborate with various teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) principles
• Familiarity with quality standards and their application
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Proficient in IT tools including SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and SAP
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and standard-compliant completion of wind turbine installation projects
• Oversee daily site activities with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Maintain quality standards and compliance throughout the project
• Provide leadership and guidance to installation teams on-site
• Utilize technical knowledge to support project execution
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a changing environment
• Help maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality results
