Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in innovation, customer co-creation, product discovery, business development, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagements from challenge exploration to solution validation.
  • Conduct customer discovery activities, including site visits and stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop insights, problem statements, and opportunity areas aligned with customer needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, preparing engaging materials for decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Build and validate business cases, supporting technology reviews and opportunity assessments.
  • Maintain documentation of opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement in innovation methodologies.

Skills

  • Strong project management and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Miro, and experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
