Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent advanced professional experience in innovation, government/military, or consulting.
• At least ten years of experience in leading and managing complex projects and teams.
• Proven experience working with the Danish government.

Responsibilities

• Develop and submit annual operating plans and budgets in alignment with strategic direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the organization’s vision and strategies.
• Manage team development and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
• Oversee financial management and ensure adherence to accounting principles.
• Lead marketing and public relations efforts, including media engagement and content production.
• Act as the primary spokesperson and advocate for the organization.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure continuous funding.
