Implementation Manager (Contract, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on facilitating successful customer onboarding and product implementations for a configurable SaaS platform in the financial crime and compliance sector. The Implementation Manager will bridge the gap between new clients and internal teams, ensuring that business and technical requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions. This contract position offers approximately 20 hours per week with a remote-first work setup.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing or configuring B2B SaaS or enterprise software tailored to customer needs.
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects and develop structured execution plans from complex requirements.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, including solutions engineers and customer success teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with effective prioritization in a dynamic environment.
