Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR, Administration, or related areas.

Responsibilities

  • Offer strategic HR support by analyzing data, advising on policies, and developing action plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of HR systems and processes by providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Assist in the delivery of HR services including recruitment, performance management, and staff support.
  • Collaborate across units to support capacity-building initiatives and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making and improve reporting processes.
  • Manage and support team members to ensure high-quality delivery of HR services.

Skills

  • Proficient in HR Management, Workforce Planning, Data Analytics, and Policy Interpretation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and team management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools and systems; knowledge of SAP and TMS is a plus. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of another UN language is desirable.
