HR Business Partner (On-site)

Job summary

An experienced HR Business Partner is sought to facilitate the transformation of Group Services, which includes IT, Finance, HR, and Corporate Functions. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to implement the Group Services strategy, drive organizational effectiveness, and support major transformation initiatives. The position includes oversight of three HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in HR transformation, management consulting, or large-scale organizational change.
• Senior-level partnering experience in an international organization.
• Expertise in organizational design and effectiveness, transformation, and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience in developing HR Business Partner capabilities in a global context.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on technology and operating-model changes, ensuring sustainable implementation.
• Challenge complexity and unclear accountability to create effective organizations.
• Lead discussions on workforce and talent to identify necessary capabilities.
• Advise senior leaders on organization and leadership effectiveness.
• Strengthen HR Business Partnering across the organization for greater alignment.
• Facilitate the sharing of practices within the HR Business Partner community.
• Utilize people data to drive organizational targets and development initiatives.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related fields.
