HR Business Partner

Job summary

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders and employees in Denmark to provide strategic and operational HR support that aligns with business goals. This role primarily supports the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) division while also engaging with the broader organization as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Danish employment legislation and HR best practices
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, enhancing organizational capability and leadership effectiveness
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations
• Drive organizational effectiveness and leadership development initiatives
• Foster employee engagement and manage change initiatives
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR metrics and reporting

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
