Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, and appointments
  • Protect and manage the principal’s calendar and communication
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries
  • Oversee household coordination with staff and service providers
  • Manage food, health, and personal preferences
  • Handle local Portuguese administrative tasks and communication

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Flexibility with travel and changing schedules

Education

  • Relevant experience in household management or similar roles is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with scheduling and communication tools is beneficial.
