Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities, including errands and appointments
  • Protect and manage the principal's calendar and communication
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences
  • Oversee household coordination, including liaising with staff and managing supplies
  • Understand and accommodate the principal's food and health preferences
  • Handle local administrative tasks and communicate with local service providers

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Comfortable with both luxury and everyday tasks

Education

  • Relevant experience in household management or personal assistance is preferred.

Tools
