An exceptional House Manager is sought to assist a busy entrepreneur and family with personal logistics, travel, calendar management, household coordination, and daily operations. This role is highly practical and requires in-person engagement to streamline the principal's life, allowing them to focus on business and family.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, and appointments
  • Protect and manage the principal’s calendar and communication
  • Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Oversee household coordination with staff and service providers
  • Manage food preferences and health-related appointments
  • Navigate local Portuguese bureaucracy and provide administrative support

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or household management is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with scheduling and communication tools is beneficial.
