Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Support Technician to join a dedicated team in Aarhus. This role is essential for providing technical support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical education in IT, electronics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, technical helpdesk, or customer support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience in customer care, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with customer care platforms and CRM systems, with knowledge of Salesforce being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support and expertise to customers, service technicians, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Helpdesk function.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care and Sales teams to identify and resolve systemic issues.
  • Participate in customer meetings to provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Helpdesk team.
