About the role

Job summary

Lead the transformation of Service Procurement during a period of digitalization and automation. In this prominent leadership position, you will develop global category strategies, foster strategic supplier partnerships, and guide a diverse international team to achieve high-quality business outcomes while promoting sustainable energy initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in a global business context.
  • More than 8 years of leadership experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a similar area.
  • Proven track record in managing complex negotiations and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and category management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Procurement partner to senior Service leadership, addressing procurement-related topics and challenges.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with both immediate and long-term objectives of the Service business.
  • Enhance supplier relationship management and improve the global Service supplier base through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvements, innovation, and risk mitigation across the supply chain.
  • Oversee global category strategies, including supplier segmentation and negotiation frameworks.
  • Lead and inspire a global Service Procurement team of over 70 employees, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's preferred in relevant fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with procurement and supply chain management tools and software is advantageous.
