Head of Service (Pharma & Food, Nordics)

Job summary

Lead all service operations across the Nordic countries for a global technology leader in the Pharma & Food sector, with full commercial responsibility and a focus on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, managing larger organizations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of Nordic cultural differences.
• Target-oriented with knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, comfortable engaging with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with digital reporting systems and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service activities in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, with full budget responsibilities.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 employees across various service departments.
• Translate global service strategies into regional execution and drive commercial growth.
• Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the service organization.
• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable service growth in alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate service activities and resources across the Nordic region, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of current service market conditions and explore international service opportunities.
