Job summary

This role involves leading sales enablement and learning initiatives to enhance commercial excellence and support enterprise sales cycles. The position requires extensive experience in sales enablement, particularly within complex environments such as biopharma services.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial excellence, executive training, or sales coaching.
  • Proven track record in enabling enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of sales enablement strategies and operating models.
  • Select and implement sales methodologies, providing coaching and enablement to managers.
  • Develop role-based curricula and facilitate training sessions using various instructional design techniques.
  • Oversee commercial operations, including forecasting and pipeline governance.
  • Communicate effectively with executives, simplifying complex information and creating high-quality enablement materials.

Skills

  • Strong leadership in sales enablement and strategy design.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Seismic, Gong).
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong program/project management skills, with knowledge of methodologies like OKRs and Agile.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Tools

  • CRM systems (Salesforce), content platforms (Seismic, Highspot), LMS (Docebo), conversation intelligence tools (Gong), and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
