Job summary

The Head of Regional Operations for EMEA will lead the transformation of operations across the Enterprise and Gaming divisions, focusing on delivering a superior customer experience and driving operational excellence. This role involves strategic leadership and collaboration with various stakeholders to shape the future industrial footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a senior operations leader with a track record of increasing responsibility in diverse environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including planning, order management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience across planning, order management, warehousing, and delivery.
• Inspire, coach, and develop talent within the EMEA Operations team.
• Drive the transformation of EMEA operations and develop a multi-year industrial roadmap for AI readiness and growth.
• Build strong relationships with commercial leaders in the Enterprise and Gaming sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and operational excellence.
