Head of Quality & Sustainability (Green Industry Transformation)

Job summary

The Head of Quality & Sustainability will lead the development and governance of quality management systems and sustainability frameworks within the Green Industry Transformation sector. This role is crucial for integrating quality and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle and enhancing project delivery across the Business Area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management, sustainability, or assurance in complex project environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build capabilities and drive change.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on coaching and developing teams.
• Deep knowledge of ISO standards, certification requirements, and audit frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern quality and sustainability methodologies and assurance standards.
• Support early project development and customer discussions regarding quality and sustainability.
• Lead the onboarding and development of specialists in the Quality & Sustainability function.
• Drive the adoption of common quality and sustainability practices and introduce new working methods.
• Act as a key integrator between various project functions including planning, cost, and risk management.
• Identify deviations related to quality and sustainability and support corrective actions.
• Oversee the Business Area's sustainability reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.

Skills

• Strong expertise in quality management and sustainability practices.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams towards continuous improvement.
• Proficient in developing and improving management systems in certified environments.

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, environmental science, management).
