Job summary

The role involves leading product management for new product initiatives within a company focused on advanced control and navigation systems for commercial vessels. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Strategy Consulting, or a similar role
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Experience in developing business cases and product strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in an international environment
• Fluent in English
• Experience in the maritime industry is highly desirable; experience in adjacent high-tech industries is also relevant

Responsibilities

• Develop the business case for major new product initiatives
• Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Define product strategy and long-term product roadmap
• Develop pricing and commercial models
• Build financial models and investment proposals
• Define product requirements with engineering teams
• Present recommendations to management and stakeholders
• Own and grow strategic product areas throughout their lifecycle
• Establish structured Product Management practices and strengthen collaboration across departments
