Head of Product (Dental Technology, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves leading the product strategy and management for lab software solutions in the dental industry. The Head of Product will define the long-term vision, ensure alignment across the product portfolio, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in product management for complex software products.
• Proven track record in leading and developing product teams.
• Experience in defining product strategy and managing product portfolios.
• Strong understanding of professional user workflows and customer needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Lab & Studios portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 Product Managers.
• Establish and improve product practices and decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align product priorities.
• Ensure a coherent user experience across the product portfolio.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and maintain an outcome-driven roadmap.
• Identify initiatives that span multiple products and teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to inform product decisions.

Skills

• Strong ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, and business impact in product decisions.
• Experience with 3D/CAD software or dental/medical technology is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies.
