Job summary

The Head of Product Cybersecurity will establish and enhance the cybersecurity framework for products within a global organization focused on hearing solutions. This role involves setting strategic direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting secure product development across various teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product cybersecurity, secure software development, and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of global product cybersecurity regulations and their practical application.
• Relevant cybersecurity certification or equivalent qualifications for regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall product cybersecurity strategy, policies, and processes.
• Monitor global cybersecurity regulations and translate them into actionable guidelines for product teams.
• Develop and facilitate a Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence to promote knowledge sharing and consistent practices.
• Advise product development teams on cybersecurity throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee cybersecurity implementation across Agile Release Trains, identifying risks and necessary actions.
• Represent the organization in internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and controls are in place.
• Manage the reporting and disclosure of product vulnerabilities and security incidents.

Education
