Job summary

This role involves leading the People Strategy & Analytics function within a Group HR team, focusing on strategic thinking, analytics, and executive advisory. The position is based at the company's headquarters in Copenhagen and reports directly to the Chief People Officer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a strategic HR role, People Strategy, Management Consulting, or People Analytics.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with senior executives and board-level audiences.
• Proactive and change-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Strategy & Analytics team.
• Drive the People Strategy agenda in collaboration with the Chief People Officer.
• Translate complex strategic initiatives and people data into clear concepts and executive presentations for leadership and the Board.
• Oversee governance, quality, and reporting of global people data across HR systems.
• Partner with global Centers of Excellence to align business needs with scalable people initiatives.
