Job summary

This role is a senior leadership position focused on driving partnerships and integrations for a data and AI platform in the construction industry. The Head of Partnerships will lead a cross-functional team to enhance third-party integrations and ensure the platform's growth and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in partnerships, platform integrations, business development, or product roles within enterprise software, SaaS, or IoT sectors.
  • Proven success in building and scaling integration partnership programs from inception to revenue-generating deployments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Commercial understanding of how integrations impact platform consumption and revenue.
  • Experience with ERP, fleet management, or ConTech ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with marketplace platforms and developer portals is highly valued.
  • Comfortable working remotely across global time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of third-party integrations, including sourcing, scoping, building, launching, and scaling.
  • Drive the primary commercial metric of IrisX credit consumption for the team.
  • Maintain a prioritized integration roadmap balancing partner demand and platform readiness.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, ensuring effective collaboration and structured communication.
  • Manage a structured integration partner pipeline with clear engagement stages and commercial terms.
  • Collaborate on co-selling and co-marketing initiatives globally.
  • Contribute to the strategy of the IrisX Marketplace, ensuring integrations are easily discoverable and adoptable.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote and global work environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), ConTech platforms, and AI applications is beneficial.
