Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Significant experience in logistics procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership in a global industrial or manufacturing context.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and influencing stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with knowledge of logistics markets and supplier management.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and contract management, preferably with major logistics providers.
• Proficient in spend analytics and developing category strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English; familiarity with procurement systems like SAP or Ariba is a plus.
