Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small HRIS team in Copenhagen and India, focusing on Workday operations, support, and project delivery.
  • Own the Workday roadmap, ensuring service stability and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear process and technical requirements, coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain governance of Workday processes, security, and data quality.
  • Build relationships across various departments and manage key technology vendors.
  • Support the integration of Workday with other HR technology systems.

Skills

  • Strong judgment and curiosity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and create structure in a busy environment.
  • Experience with HR operations, payroll interfaces, and data governance is beneficial.
  • Deep technical expertise in Workday configuration is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant experience in HR technology or a related field is preferred.
