Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in new business, growth, or commercial leadership within a digital media or integrated agency environment.
• Strong network within the Copenhagen media, marketing, and advertising ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and converting pitches into long-term client relationships.
• Deep understanding of modern digital media and ability to engage with senior marketing leaders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the new business pipeline for the Media business in Denmark.
• Identify and develop opportunities with Danish brands.
• Lead major Media pitches from initial conversation to conversion.
• Build senior relationships with prospective clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios and create actionable growth plans.
• Collaborate with other leaders to drive a cohesive commercial strategy.
• Lead and develop the Danish Media Growth team.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Provide market intelligence to refine service propositions.

Skills

• Approachable and collaborative leadership style.
• Ability to operate at C-level while remaining engaged with operational work.
• Experience in selling Creative and/or Experience services alongside Media is a plus.
